Background

Pulau Carey, a 10,000-hectare island next to Port Klang—Malaysia’s main port and a key Southeast Asian hub—is the last major land reserve in the area.

We led a national project to assess the feasibility of a Port-Park-City (PPC) development, integrating a new port and free trade zone.
