Client: PT Westpoint Terminal (JV company between Sinomart KTS Development & PT MAS Capital Trust)

Background: 

CPM managed and reviewed the Front End Engineering Design (FEED), and developed the Invitation to Bid (ITB) package for the development of an oil storage terminal (West Point) off Batam, Indonesia.

What it delivered:

• Project management of FEED design

• FEED Design review of tank farm, jetty and dredging of navigation channel

• Managed the Onshore Soil Investigations

• Managed the Hydrographic Survey

• Developed ITB documents

• Qualitative navigation assessment and quantitative navigation simulation, and hydraulic study

• Meetings and discussion with the local authorities
